D-Flector D400 Boat Stone Guard Mesh Cover – CVR050-A (boats up to 4.5m)
Genuine D-Flector replacement mesh cover for the D400 boat stone guard (part CVR050-A), the model that suits boats up to 4.5m. If your mesh has worn, torn or faded after years of highway and ramp use, this heavy-duty cover restores the guard to new without replacing the stainless steel frame.
It is cut from the same black double-weave heavy-duty PVC truck mesh as the original, with stainless eyelets around the edge and a broad YKK zippered panel for access to the boat. The mesh deflects stones and road debris downward, protecting the hull and trailer in transit, and is UV and weather resistant (ASTM D4329) so it keeps its shape and flexibility through Australian summers and saltwater exposure.

Fitting
The cover attaches to the frame with D-Flector hook-and-loop bungee cords (part BGE001) through the eyelets – no tools needed. A full cover swap uses up to 54 bungees, so if yours are perished order a bungee pack at the same time.

Absolute weapon on the water, build quality (you can’t fault it), My opinion is to get a walk through transom with bench seat and extra low lying live bait tank. As per a Profisher model. Get all their gear/ options as it is high quality. Definitely recommend.
I had several quotes locally in Victoria for an aluminium trailer for the 7.5 Profisher and even with the fee to assemble the trailer and upgrade it the local trailers were over double the price.
My mate had 150, was great. Mines got 200, is great. Both great. Only thing to be mindful of is the difference in weight makes the transom sit a little lower in the water
