6.9m Aluminium Boat Trailer

The 6.9m aluminium boat trailer is built to carry serious offshore rigs safely from the ramp to the highway. Rated to 1550kg and running on a double axle with hydraulic brakes, it suits boats up to around 21ft (about 6.4m). Aluminium construction means less weight on the tow ball and better resistance to saltwater corrosion than a galvanised steel trailer, so it keeps working trip after trip. Wobble rollers cradle the hull on the way up and adjustable side adjusters keep the boat centred and secure for the run home. Suits which boats

This trailer suits offshore boats up to around 21ft (about 6.4m). Work from the loaded weight of the rig – hull, engine, fuel, batteries and gear – not the dry hull weight, and tell us the boat so we can confirm it sits within the trailer’s rating. For larger plate boats up to around 8 metres, the 8.2m aluminium boat trailer is the next size up. Our aluminium trailers are matched to the hull, which means a precise fit, easier loading and less strain on the boat.

The D-Flector guard bolts to the trailer with U-bolts in about 30 minutes, with no drilling, and we can fit it before the trailer leaves the yard.

Registration, delivery and finance

We can arrange Queensland registration for you – ask for a price. Interstate buyers register the trailer in their home state. Delivery is priced by state as transport from Brisbane: Queensland – collect from Cleveland Marina, or ask us about local delivery; NSW $2,500; ACT $2,000; VIC $3,000; NT $1,500; WA $4,500; TAS $4,500. South Australia is not listed – ask us for a quote. Low-cost finance is available on trailers – ask us when you enquire.
