Hold Down Clamp
The stainless steel hold down clamp from Sea Raider is a compact marine fastener for securing hatches, lids, covers and fittings around the boat. Finished in mirror polished stainless steel, it’s built to shrug off saltwater, spray and sun without corroding or losing its shine.
Small hardware like this makes a real difference offshore — a solid hold down clamp keeps hatches shut and gear secured when you’re punching through chop, so nothing works loose or rattles around the deck. Absolute weapon on the water, build quality (you can’t fault it), My opinion is to get a walk through transom with bench seat and extra low lying live bait tank. As per a Profisher model. Get all their gear/ options as it is high quality. Definitely recommend.
I had several quotes locally in Victoria for an aluminium trailer for the 7.5 Profisher and even with the fee to assemble the trailer and upgrade it the local trailers were over double the price.
My mate had 150, was great. Mines got 200, is great. Both great. Only thing to be mindful of is the difference in weight makes the transom sit a little lower in the water
