Stainless Steel Toggle Latches (XK2925 Series)
Stainless steel toggle latches keep hatches, doors and lockers pulled up tight against the elements, holding firm through vibration, chop and the everyday knocks of life aboard. Machined and polished from stainless steel, the XK2925 series gives a mirror finish that suits any deck, cabin or console fit-out, and the adjustable clasp lets you dial in the right tension so the latch pulls up snug every time you close it.
Three sizes cover most jobs, from small access panels to larger hatch and door openings, so you can match the latch to the opening instead of over- or under-building it.

Absolute weapon on the water, build quality (you can’t fault it), My opinion is to get a walk through transom with bench seat and extra low lying live bait tank. As per a Profisher model. Get all their gear/ options as it is high quality. Definitely recommend.
I had several quotes locally in Victoria for an aluminium trailer for the 7.5 Profisher and even with the fee to assemble the trailer and upgrade it the local trailers were over double the price.
My mate had 150, was great. Mines got 200, is great. Both great. Only thing to be mindful of is the difference in weight makes the transom sit a little lower in the water
