At Sea Raider Boats we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work for products purchased from searaider.com.au. It applies in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
30-day returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping
Unless an item is faulty or the return is required under the Australian Consumer Law, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
How to start a return
Contact our team at [email protected] or call 07 3477 9338 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, we’re happy to arrange an exchange for a different item or variation. Please contact us to organise an exchange.
Custom-built and made-to-order boats
Boats and other items that are custom-built or made to order are produced to your specifications and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your rights in respect of faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
